These backdrop stands are good but unfortunately not intended for these backdrops that are 3m x 3m maybe for smaller lighter backdrops but not for this large one. I regret buying it and wish I'd been advised. Maybe Katebackdrops website should be stating this in the description.
I purchased a frame and 4 backdrops during black friday sales. The shipping was reasonable, considering how busy freight services are in Nov, but I was kept informed of delivery dates. One of the fittings on the poles was slightly different to the rest, which I thought was faulty. I contacted support, they were super helpful and really lovely to deal with. Turns out, the fitting was fine, just needed a slight adjustment to make it the same as the others. I've used the product twice so far, absolutely love it! I just need to get the hang (pun intended) of making the bottom horizon line straight. I'll definitely purchase more of these in the future, ease to use and effective! This backdrop was of a high quality than I was anticipating. The image was clearer in person too! This is a thick fabric, steams very well, looks stunning in photos and is just perfect! So happy
Love this backdrop. It worked really well and was easy to photograph. I used it with a blow-up queen size bed and didn't need to add much to it.
This one of the best backdrops we have ever used. I work at a Pet Resort and the durability of the backdrop just proved itself amazingly. Especially working with animals you can expect things to get a bit messy but it was able to stand all the drool and clean up was so easy with it. Thanks so much for the amazing product!
